Classics Presentations
(first and third Monday mornings)
The first and third Mondays of every month begin with a presentation of an age appropriate classic. The Academy will use these presentations to insure that each student is exposed to the relevant cultural literacy of our United States society. These could be viewing a video, DVD, or a live theatre presentation from a local college or high school group who is performing the particular work. These presentations will be selected so that upon graduation the students will be exposed to as many culturally relevant works as identifiable and practical in a variety of formats.
During this time the entire teaching staff will have time to interact and review the progress of each student, adapt, and adjust each student’s individual course of study as necessary.
