Cooperative Learning Presentation
Annual Spring Show

The Sunday beginning the final week of school is the Academy's spring show performance.

The theme for the school year 2010-2011 will be:

The Alphabet

All students throughout the school will be required to perform in the Spring Show. They will work in groups and will be responsible to determine their facet of entertainment no later than the December holiday break.

Suggestions:

Presentation of families of sounds
Rap, Opera, etc. regarding a particular letter
Illustrations of the alphabet
Instruction as to drawing, body shaping, etc. of the alphabet

A video tape will be made of the entire production and will be made available to the student body at $1 over cost. There will be no admission charge for attendance. The videos will then be distributed throughout the country as a fund raising activity for the Academy.

Spring shows in future years will include: Numbers, Nursery Rhymes, Musicals, Popular Music, Just Say No, etc.
