Confidentials to the Director

Numbered three-part paper will be made available to faculty, staff, students, and parents. Comments, concerns, questions, or problems can be anonymously written and delivered (two copies) to the Director via sealed envelope. All confidentials will be responded to within 5 working days via confidential reply envelopes labeled with the same number as the confidential.  These are to ensure that anyone who has a great idea or a concern on any level can bring it forth without feeling they are stepping on anyone's toes.

Communication at the Academy is a primary goal. Questions are to be addressed before they become concerns, concerns are to be addressed before they become problems, and problems are to be addressed before they become unsolvable. The confidentials are meant to assist in this goal. If someone feels they aren't getting the attention they need or that their comment wasn't taken seriously, the confidentials are opened only by the Director who will solve all problems.
