Holidays
The following holidays are celebrated throughout the year by not holding academic classes on these days: Labor Day and Memorial Day. There are no other academic holidays celebrated school-wide.
Autumn break falls the week of Thanksgiving. Winter break falls the last week of the calendar year and the first week of the calendar year. Spring break falls the last week in March and the first week in April. Summer break begins the Monday following the second Friday in June and continues until school opens the following third Monday of August.
The last day of each quarter is a Parent-Educator Day and, therefore, not an academic school day. Student-led conferences are encouraged, so students may come in with their parents on these days.
