All Promises in Writing!

All faculty and staff have a carbonless memo record in which any promise they make is written. A copy is given to the person who made the request and the other copy is retained in the staff member's promise log. All promises are in writing because they are easier to identify and verify. Promises can be as simple as, “I will move your child, Matthew, into the next level of spelling on Monday" to complicated ones such as, "I will attend all of your soccer games." Promise logs will be reviewed at the weekly staff meetings to ensure all promises are kept.
